Brenna's Birthday/Graduation Bash
On Saturday, we set up a party to celebrate Raina's nieces 18th Birthday as well as her Graduation from High School. The colors were black, dark purple, and turquiose. The table centerpieces were glass trifle bowls with purple and black gems with a beta fish which come in bright colors like purple and turquiose. The fish were surrounded by an eclectic blend of candles ranging in heights, shapes, and sizes. Some had pillar candles, some floating, and some tea lights - we even filled a few with purple koolaid to color the water. Raina did a great job at wrapping all the candle holders in different ribbons, lace with feathers, and even some with bling! We set up a candy station which of course is a hit at every party as well as the coordinating backdrop behind it using some of the fun fabric we picked up during our visit to the LA Fabric District. We made a banner and a lawn sign as well. It was a fun night and lets just say we got down with our bad selves on the dance floor. Here are some photos of the deco.....

Confetti Lab
Last week I visited the wedding pantry in Tustin for the Confetti Lab. This event was designed and co-hosted by A Fabulous Fete and Spruce PR . Sadly, Raina wasn't able to make it so my friend Jennie and I went. It was a fun little night featuring some local event planners and crafters, a DJ, some cute ideas, and a little goody bag for all who came. It was fiesta themed and decorated and we enjoyed some yummy tacos from SOHO tacos and there was an array of delicious treats scattered around including churros and cupcakes. Everything was decorated really cute and we had a good time. Here are some photos from the night.

Sorry to all 3 of our readers..Ha! It has been awhile
It has certainly been awhile since we have had a new post. We have done a few parties and even another wedding. We are having a really good time, but we are busy....we even get too busy that we do not always get the opportunity to take pictures.
So with that being said here are a few pictures from our last party that I took off of Facebook. The pictures only give a glimpse but....they will do. We did a red, black, and zebra graduation party. It was really hot so we put up easy ups, we had poms hanging from the center of each one.

The center pieces
We hid the green stem of the plant...it wasn't showing during the party
The banner...at least most of it ( we also did 2 picture banners...i wish we had pictures to show you. They were so cute.
Custom made card box
My favorite area of the party was the photo station that we set up. We used a zebra background and a bunch of different props for the guests to use their own camera and take fun pictures.
The last picture is of the fabulous, delicious cake...we did not make it :)
The frosting was a shimmery red that sparkled in the sun light.Congratulations Brit and thank you for letting us plan your party!!!

Blue Blue Engagement Party
Please pardon the quality of these pictures. We have an older camera that doesn't take very fabulous pictures but it does the job in showcasing our decorations. These pictures do not do that ambiance justice.., But we hope you enjoy anyways.
This soon to be bride wanted her engagement party to be various shades of blue. She booked her party at the club house in her moms apartment complex and we set out to transform this seventies place into an elegant environment fitted to celebrate her future nuptuals.
